Annastina Eriksson, född 1946, arbetar som konstnär och formgivare sedan 1989 på heltid i egen atelje och verkstad som ligger vackert belägen vid havet i Timviken, ca 6 km utanför Piteå.
I min verkstad kan du uppleva hela tillverkningsprocessen, allt från drejning,skulptering, rakubränning, glasfusing till oljemålning.

Raku är keramikens poesi, rena njutningen. Att inte alltid ha kontroll, utan att elden och syret gör att slumpen också kan bestämma, är spänningen överraskningarna med rakubränningen.
Tekniken uttrycker den enkelhet och filosofi som ligger till grund för teceremonierna i 1500-talets Japan.

Glasets klara färg och transparens i kontrast mot leran gör att jag kan arbeta i ett spännande motsatsförhållande som ger olika uttryck i färg och form.

Jag arbetar med offentliga och privata utsmyckningsuppdrag, utställningar och inviduella uppdrag åt kommuner, föreningar och privata företag och privatpersoner. De senaste åren har jag även arbetat med trädgårdsdesign och utsmyckningar i trädgård.
